By dividing a 3D CAD model into multiple 2D cross sections and then tracing these cross sections with a laser on UV curable photopolymer resin, we can accurately build the prototype, one resin layer on top of another, into a fully realized model.
Each layer of UV curable photopolymer resin is less than a millimeter thick, making this process the most accurate and precise prototyping technique currently available to our customers. |
